Born from the vibrant music scene of the 80's, St!tch brings together four passionate musicians who share a love for innovative sound and authentic expression.
The blend of jazz, funk, and contemporary fusion creates a sound that's both familiar and challenges the conventional, to which each member brings their own great energy.

Rob is from Utrecht and studied at the conservatory there under the guidance of the legendary Piet Noordijk. Rob has developed his own style that mixes funk, fusion and bebop.

Multi-instrumentalist Leon Hupkens grew up in The Hague and studied at Berklee College of Music in 2009. Leon studied with Tilmar Junius (ArtEZ) and Jan Willem van Delft. His style blends jazz, funk, soul and gospel.

Robbin is a drummer from Utrecht with over 26 years of experience. Straight forward funk with solid grooves is what he likes most. He has played in a wide range of projects, from funk to African music.

Erwin graduated at the Utrecht Conservatoire where he studied with Theo de Jong and Joël Groenewold and after that, Thiago Espirito Santo in São Paulo, Brazil. Erwin aims to fuse groove with melodic elements to produce bass lines that s(w)ing.
